Effective LICCs

An LICC may be the group that champions the well-being of children from birth to age five, recognizing that these formative years are critical to lifelong development and success. Meetings are often spent learning about the needs and trends within a community. Ideas are shared about resources and how to share those resources with families. They may collaborate to focus on a specific area, or they may focus on learning. Each LICC is unique just as each community is unique.  Below are some resources to help support an effective LICC.
